Catalin Istrate is an outstanding general counsel, managing the legal issues of RB entities in several jurisdictions. We appreciate a lot his great efforts in ensuring clear and transparent communication of RB’s legal and business needs, as this allows us to meet RB’s expectations to receive individually-tailored legal services. Due to his great experience in complex projects with international backgrounds, he understands mechanisms of Polish law despite their complexity and contributes to finding out proper solutions with both great legal and business sense for RB.

Istrate is also a great manager in terms of interdisciplinary works between all departments of RB, including in particular tax, accounting and business lines. He always strives to connect us, as lawyers advising in the project, with all other parties involved in the project providing them at the same time with a sufficient project background.
