José is a senior lawyer with an outstanding career in the legal field and extensive experience in advising public entities and multinational companies on a variety of legal matters, including contract management, regulatory affairs, corporate law, public policy, litigation and infrastructure project management both public and private in Central America. Mediator certified by the Ministry of Government of the Republic of Panama. José has been legal director of SUEZ Central America and the Caribbean since 2017, and previously held legal positions in the Panama Canal, in the ministries of both Foreign Affairs (MINREX) and Commerce and Industries (MICI) of Panama.
