What has been the number one challenge that has impacted you over the past year?

We have faced many challenges, but a significant challenge was finding a way to carry out more functions with fewer resources. Another issue was providing legal support to the business units to aid in the renegotiation of contract terms. A final challenge was navigating and complying with changes to labour and environmental regulations.

We have attempted to bring the legal department to our business colleagues by understanding the needs of the business and seeking ways to support the operating model and new demands for the growth strategy.
