Angela is the current legal director of INCAE business school, a position she has held since 2019. Prior to that, from 2013 up until 2019 she was the regional director for human development at INCAE business school. In this role, as well as many other roles before, she is intent on helping companies align their corporate interests through risk mitigation and assists them to create competitive advantages through their people. Impressively in addition to her current role, she is also a prosecutor of the association of business lawyers for Central America (AAEC), vice president of women in legal profession (WIP), a member of the world compliance association (WCA) and co-coordinator of the economic criminal law committee for the Costa Rica chapter.
