In the last year, the legal team has advised on a wide range of matters including the company’s acquisition of Filter Group. Filter Group is a Toronto-headquartered home water filtration company that has over 30,000 customers in Ontario and the US states of Nevada, California, Arizona, Michigan and Illinois, and the deal has helped in expanding Just Energy’s sector portfolio.
