Handling the complex logistical and multi-jurisdictional legal business of Cargojet is its high quality in-house legal team, led by general counsel Fernando Garcia. In 2018, Cargojet negotiated and announced an amended and extended C$400m revolving five year credit facility with RBC in cooperation with a number of leading Canadian banks and financial companies due to mature in April 2023.
