Career Biography

Sam Hall is associate general counsel at Turner Construction Company, a global builder and leader in construction services. As regional counsel for Canada, he provides legal support to Turner’s operations across the country, including the management of a national litigation portfolio and support of Turner’s project and business development teams. He also supports Turner’s international construction portfolio in Europe and Asia. A graduate of McGill University, Sam has been an active participant in the construction bar for two decades. He is a member of the Law Societies of British Columbia and Ontario and maintains the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist certification from the International Risk Management Institute.
