Career Biography  

Dorothy Wong (she/her) is vice president, legal and corporate services at ICBC, where she oversees a broad portfolio that includes legal services, privacy, freedom of information, corporate governance, procurement, and corporate strategy.  She also leads the legal-based injury claims team and its transition since ICBC’s implemented its new auto insurance system in 2021. Dorothy brings extensive experience in corporate law, financial services, and transportation, having previously served as director of legal services at the Vancouver Airport Authority and Associate at McMillan LLP, in the Real Estate and Financial Services group. Dorothy holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Laws from Queen’s University.
