Operating with 550 healthcare units in the country and encompassing 24 brands, Grupo DASA recently acquired Laboratório Medico Vital to further boost its portfolio of laboratories. The legal function was present during all aspects of this transaction, assessing whether the purchase was compliant with the appropriate regulation and local laws, and once approved submitted the transaction to the agreement of its shareholders.
