Career Biography

Sylvia Bezerra Gomes da Silveira is the Legal Director of DC Set Group, a leading entertainment holding company with a diverse portfolio of more than 15 operations. In this role, she manages strategic negotiations across the entire entertainment landscape, overseeing complex legal matters from initial corporate planning to granular operational execution. 

Leading a multidisciplinary team, Sylvia’s expertise spans a wide array of industry verticals, including venue management, public concessions, major concerts and festivals, immersive exhibitions, high-culture initiatives, talent management, and audiovisual projects. Notably, she has driven and internally executed M&A transactions that accelerated DC Set Group’s expansion, driving its growth from six business units in 2019 to an ambitious portfolio of over 15 distinct verticals by 2025. 

Prior to joining DC Set Group, Sylvia honed her legal expertise within the Legal Department of Grupo RBS and at the esteemed law firm Veirano Advogados. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS), a postgraduate degree in tax law from Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos Tributários and attended to LL.M in Contract from Insper.
