Paulo von Sperling, Legal Director at LOG Commercial Properties, one of Brazil’s leading logistics and real estate companies, has been responsible for leading the legal department since 2016. He has extensive experience in structured transactions involving M&A, as well as real estate, corporate, and capital markets matters, with work spanning the acquisition, development, leasing, recycling, and disposal of logistics assets across Brazil.

His work combines technical expertise with strong business acumen, advising management and governance bodies in the conduct of corporate decision-making and the mitigation of risks in complex transactions.

He holds a Law degree from FUMEC University, with specialisations in Business Law from Gama Filho University and Corporate Law from Cândido Mendes University, as well as an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral.
