Career Biography
André Bordini is a C-Level executive with more than 20 years of experience leading complex legal operations across multinational corporations and large business groups in Brazil and international markets.
Throughout his career, has built a strong reputation as a business-oriented legal leader, combining deep technical expertise with strategic business acumen, governance, risk management and pragmatic decision-making. His experience spans highly regulated and operationally complex environments, where he has consistently acted as a trusted advisor to C-Level executives, boards of directors and global leadership teams.
Most recently, served as Corporate Legal Director at Grupo Boticário, one of the largest beauty and consumer goods companies in Brazil, where he led all legal operations across the group. In this role, he managed a team of 60 lawyers and senior managers, while advising executive leadership on strategic, operational and governance matters. During his tenure, he played a key role in major corporate initiatives, including large-scale M&A transactions, industrial expansion projects, strategic business structuring and the implementation of AI-driven Legal Operations solutions.
Prior to Grupo Boticário, held senior international legal leadership positions at Energizer Holdings, Inc. and Spectrum Brands, Inc. overseeing legal operations across Latin America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. His international exposure includes extensive work involving complex commercial structures, distribution models, compliance programs, cross-border transactions, corporate restructuring and strategic litigation management across more than 30 countries.
Earlier in his career, served as Head of Legal at J. Macêdo S.A., one of Brazil’s leading food companies, where he coordinated legal matters involving corporate governance, IPO preparation, capital markets transactions, tax restructuring and strategic joint ventures.
In addition to his corporate experience, also developed part of his career at Deloitte and BDO, advising multinational companies on strategic tax and corporate matters.
Throughout his professional trajectory, has been recognized for his ability to balance legal rigor with commercial awareness translating legal risks in finance impacts, helping businesses grow while maintaining strong governance and risk control standards. His leadership style is marked by pragmatism, collaboration, strategic thinking and a solution-oriented mindset.
André holds a Law degree and a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from PUC-SP, as well as several other executive education certificates, including an international compliance program. He is fluent in English and Spanish and has extensive experience operating in multicultural and global business environments.
