Since 2015 Lucia Paolini has served as vice president of legal and business affairs at Fox Latin American Channels bringing nearly 25 years of professional legal experience and media savviness to the role. She was previously head of legal across the entertainment, services and industrial sectors, at notable global companies including Lenovo, Siemens, Ericsson, Schneider Electric and more. With plenty of multi-jurisdictional exposure Paolini can confidently advise Fox on all legal matters pertaining to any of the firm’s channels, programs or operations across Latin America. She is adept at contract and deal negotiation, litigation management, labour, commercial, civil, criminal, tax, corporate, environmental and administrative legal matters with special attention to Fox’s compliance requirements. She is a founding member of the Instituto Compliance Brasil, a well-known figure in the industry and was previously featured in the GC Powerlist in 2016.
