With over 18 years of in-house experience, Gianfranco Cinelli is a business oriented counsel with strong experience in corporate, business and supply chain strategy and the management of large, international legal departments. He has served as legal director of Latin America at Yara International since 2012 after previous experience at Siemens, Insper, PepsiCo and other major multinationals. An expert in contracts, legal risk evaluation, M&A, real estate, anti-trust, consumer law, public tenders and other disciplines, Cinelli is a capable and adept leader, recognised by industry bodies and awards for his expertise. Yara International is a Norwegian-headquartered agricultural technology business focused on products to increase crop yields, seeds and fertilizers and chemicals. As a member of the Brazilian and Latin American management team, Cinelli is instrumental in the delivery of Yara’s largest projects including its joint ventures and management of subsidiaries. In addition to his work at Yara, Cinelli is a vice president and founding member of the legal department´s committee at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP).
