Founded in Brazil in 1953, JBS is the largest meat packing company in the world by sales figure, operates its wide range of brands across Brazil and is one of its most important Brazilian-founded companies in the international food sector. Pitta joined JBS in February 2018 after some high-profile cases that affected the business in 2017 and is responsible for assisting the company’s recovery during a challenging time by handling its commercial and litigious impact. Despite the circumstances of his arrival, he has made a real impact in his short time at JBS with the company recording sales records in 2018 as well as new work in sponsorship deals, partnerships and further expansion of its business.
