Can you tell us a little about your most significant accomplishments and projects recently as a team or by yourself in your role?

My team and I have dedicated ourselves to fulfilling various achievements throughout this year. First, we have had a crucial role in advising, negotiating and successfully signing large single and integrated service contracts with big national companies in the rail and railroads construction business.

Additionally, we have provided extensive and complex tax advice, with the aim that none of the companies we oversee would pay a fine for non-compliance with payments established by national taxes. With professional dedication and extensive knowledge of tax law, it was possible to obtain victory in the defenses.

Finally, we have also established and offered legal advice to create an efficient and effective method to achieve short, medium, and long-term objectives

What is a cause you care about, business-related or otherwise, and why?

A cause I care about is the importance of environmental law. It lies in its preventive nature, that is, the anticipation of potential damage. Damage to the environment, is easily preventable but hardly reversible, that is one of the most important reasons for the construction of highways that have been of interest to us, to emphasise the protection of the environment.

Environmental law should be used as a protection mechanism. We have carried out an exhaustive legal analysis to protect companies and the environment from making the common mistakes that damage our ecosystem.

How is your legal team planning to contribute to the growth and expansion of your organisation, over the next few months?

The main important thing is to build strong relationships with business partners. It makes a real difference when it comes to driving the business forward and driving excellent results.

The law is constantly changing with the growth of technology and networks, and the objective of the legal team is to design and develop a legal application.

To assertively consolidate in the digital world, it is essential to have a business plan for lawyers who are willing to provide this type of technological advice, which has to cover the expectations and needs of the project, including knowledge in entrepreneurship and the market, financial feasibility and investment budget; but also legal environment, patent and registration, the use of technological tools, project management, and methodological tools of innovation and legal marketing.

All of the above requires patience, perseverance, discipline, knowledge, advice, teamwork, and knowledge.
