Marius van Haaren is an expert in the field of marketing and advertising law, intellectual property, contracts, drafting, reviewing and negotiating of distribution, licensing, marketing services, IT, turn-key machinery, procurement and media agreements.
Van Haaren joined L’Oréal in 2012 as the general counsel for Benelux, and as of February 2016 was promoted into his current role of general counsel Benelux and public affairs direction for the Netherlands.
As the general counsel for Benelux and public affairs director for L’Oréal, van Haaren oversees matters related to corporate law, competition law, product liability matters, crisis management and the management of external counsel for the global personal care products company.
