Joyce Winnubst joined professional services firm TMF Group 12 years ago and over the years has assumed additional responsibility to a core legal role. She has become a key part and member of the executive committee, advising on legal risk and compliance matters concerning the worldwide activities of the Group. Winnubst has assisted in the Group’s growing reputation, including when it announced its intention to list shares on the London Stock Exchange in 2017. Prior to her current role she served as the senior legal counsel at TNT Express, a FedEx company, for over a year. She also spent a few years in private practice, serving as a lawyer at Arthur Andersen Legal for three years and after that as a lawyer at Allen & Overy for four years. Winnubst graduated from Utrecht University in 1997 with a degree in law, specialising in civil law, business law, law and economics.
