Career Biography

Sandra Krebs is Legal Director Austria and Ethics & Compliance Officer at Coca-Cola HBC Austria GmbH. In her role, she oversees the company’s legal affairs, ethics and compliance framework, advising the business on a wide range of commercial, regulatory and governance matters.

Sandra joined Coca-Cola HBC in 2016 as Legal Counsel and was appointed Country Legal Director and Ethics & Compliance Officer in 2023. She has extensive experience in contract law, competition law and corporate governance, and is recognised for her ability to combine legal expertise with practical business insight.

Prior to joining Coca-Cola HBC, Sandra spent more than six years at Austrian Airlines, where she served as both Legal Counsel and Head of the Compliance Office. In these roles, she advised on a broad range of legal and compliance matters and acted as Compliance Key Account Manager for Deutsche Lufthansa within a matrix structure.

Sandra began her legal career through judicial training at the District Court, Regional Court and Public Prosecutor’s Office in Vienna and Wiener Neustadt.
