Career Biography
Mag.a Patricia Leeb is a strategically minded corporate lawyer who combines legal rigour with business acumen and intercultural fluency. Since January 2026, she is heading the team of Region Europe at TÜV SÜD. From 2024, she built this platform as Lead Counsel CEE and Regional Compliance Officer, steering legal advisory and compliance across ten subsidiaries in Central and Eastern Europe. Her work is characterised by legal precision, a deep understanding of business dynamics, and clear, effective communication with leadership and operational teams.
Before joining TÜV SÜD, Patricia held various senior legal roles at a global fashion company. As Head of Legal Region East & Expansion AT, EE, she was responsible for seven subsidiaries across Austria, Eastern Europe, Greece, Turkey, and the Middle East. Her scope of work included legal strategy, site profitability analysis, contract negotiation, corporate governance, and business expansion planning. She led a multidisciplinary team and advised management, stakeholders, and international partners on a wide range of commercial, employment, corporate, and real estate matters.
Among her most prestigious recognitions is her listing in the Legal 500 GC Powerlist Austria (2022, 2024) and her team’s recognition in 2023 – affirming both her legal expertise and her leadership acumen. Her department was also nominated as “Best Legal Department” in 2022 by Promoting the Best, Women in Law, and the Association of Austrian In-House Lawyers.
A certified mediator under the Austrian Civil Mediation Act, Patricia brings additional depth through advanced certifications in compliance, employment law, and real estate law. Fluent in German and English, with a foundation in Swedish, she operates across languages, legal systems, and cultures as a trusted legal advisor.
