What are the most significant cases, projects, or transactions that you and your legal team have recently been involved in?
This year, I have primarily been involved in matters relating to corporate and capital markets law. My work has focused on advising on corporate governance issues, supporting corporate transactions, and managing a broad range of capital markets-related matters.
How do you approach managing legal aspects during periods of instability or crisis to ensure the organisation’s resilience?
During periods of instability or crisis, I approach legal challenges with energy, positivity and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset. I focus on remaining adaptable in rapidly changing circumstances, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and identifying legally sound solutions that support the organisation’s resilience. Maintaining optimism and flexibility enables both my team and I to respond effectively while keeping a steady focus on risk management and business continuity.
What do you think are the most important attributes for a modern in-house counsel to possess?
A modern in-house counsel must combine sharp legal judgment with business acumen, adaptability, and clear, solution-oriented communication.
