Previous roles include senior legal and compliance leadership positions at BASF, the world’s largest chemical company (General Counsel and Compliance Officer, ECMS EMEA; Head of Legal and Compliance, Central Europe; and Senior Legal Counsel), as well as advising on and managing M&A transactions at leading global law firm Linklaters.
