North Highland is the leading change and transformation consultancy, helping businesses transform with people at the heart of every decision. As North Highland continues its own transformation journey in service of our clients, my team has been essential in operationalizing the firm’s evolving products and services and supporting North Highland’s growth and expanding capabilities through strategic initiatives and acquisitions.  
 
What strategic priorities are guiding you and your team in 2024?   
 
North Highland assists our clients in achieving sustainable change through a partnership that is part collaboration and part expertise. There is both an art and a science to making change, centered on taking action now, delivering value swiftly, problem-solving, and true partnership. These same principles also guide my team’s support of the business and our service to both internal and external clients.  
 
Do you have a cause, business-related or otherwise, you are passionate about?   
 
As a long-time Atlantan, I am passionate about our community and the preservation of our local environment. I support a number of organizations focused on the good stewardship, conservation and sustainable use of our natural resources.
