George A. Villasana is a seasoned Fortune 500 C-Suite executive with a strong strategic orientation. He possesses nearly 30 years of experience leading entrepreneurial growth and managing large public companies across several industries, including the automotive industry.  
 
Throughout his career, George has served as a chief legal officer and trusted advisor to boards of directors, CEOs, and senior leadership teams of three public companies. He has successfully led corporate development, real estate, and human resource teams through transformational growth periods. George’s extensive experience spans strategy, governance, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, corporate finance and securities, human resources, compliance and regulatory matters, litigation, and real estate.  
 
George’s key accomplishments include successfully taking a company public, orchestrating the sale of a public company, and leading the transformational growth of another public company from US$4.5bn in revenue to nearly US$16bn. George has over 15 years of experience inside the boardroom, he has served as the chief legal advisor to three public company boards.  
 
George has also prepared and delivered presentations to boards and committees on a variety of matters, including governance, mergers and acquisitions, taking a company public, company sales, risk management, regulatory compliance, and a broad range of financing.
