In Argentina, OLX Group’s legal function has contributed to its emerging reputation and market-leading brands that are used by over 300 million people every month.

The team is led by regional legal manager Santiago Gini who takes pride in having created an engaged team of well-prepared lawyers who ensure its activities run smoothly and that positive results are achieved. The team consistently works towards common goals that are frequently reviewed, including the setup of internal key performance indicators to organise and measure output. Comprised of a number of capable and diligent lawyers, the team has had to stay on top of various challenges posed by the complex foreign exchange policy and ever-changing tax legal frame it must deal with.
