The legal team at the epicentre of the company currently deals with all legal and compliance issues encountered across six distinct divisions: industrial, wireless, technology, cellular, central air conditioning, and home. Working in close collaboration with external lawyers and local in-house counsel based abroad, the team provides legal advice across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Colombia and Rwanda, and promptly deals with M&A deals and due diligence proceedings.
