An internationally experienced and travelled general counsel, Dale A. Kimball Jr. has led in-house teams in the US, Latin America and Europe. His experience includes: M&A, litigation management, distribution and marketing, corporate governance, compliance and regulatory affairs.
Kimball manages an in-house legal team at Nissan Group of Latin America based in Argentina and Brazil, and covers sustainable development and corporate social responsibility for the company on a regional basis.
Kimball has been involved in the creation of Nissan’s new Latin American business division in Mexico, which began in 2019, in matters related to its structure and relationship with the rest of the Nissan Group of Latin America.
