Founded in 1992, Transportadora de Gas del Norte engages in the transportation of natural gas via pipelines to the central and northern regions of Argentina, boasting a pipeline length of nearly 6,600 km. With services including gas transportation and services to third parties, the company supplies eight of the nine gas distributors, many power plants, as well as industrial operations located in 14 Argentine provinces. As general counsel, since 2014, and a member of the board, Marcelo Brichetto provides legal support to the company’s diverse activities in central and northern regions of Argentina, adding significant value with his work on the economic regulation, capital market operations and the financing of investment projects. Brichetto has been applauded for his extensive experience in the development and financing of infrastructure projects, knowledge of business law and strong expertise in complex commercial litigation.
