With a presence in Argentina that extends to over 50 years in the market and approximately 2,400 clients, Ruiz’s day-to-day work is ensuring the Group’s activities in the country, which range from search and selection of staff, training and project outsourcing, are conducted in a legally compliant way. He also has his finger on the pulse of the wider legal industry, contributing to the pool of knowledge and resources available for lawyers having authored four articles on trade law treaties. Ruiz has spent over 15 years at Manpower Argentina undertaking a variety of legal roles in that period; after joining as a paralegal in 2000 he spent time as a junior and senior lawyer before being appointed legal and corporate relations chief, from which he was promoted to the role of legal affairs manager in May 2012.
