Described as a ‘resourceful and solution-oriented person’, capable of producing with innovative results to the projects he works on, Alejandro Anderlic boasts in excess of 20 years of experience, working on complex corporate transactions in Latin America and the US. In his current role of director of corporate, external and legal affairs, Anderlic serves as the main link between Microsoft and government officials, institutions, chambers of commerce and key influencers in Latin America. Tasked with overseeing all legal issues and outlining the legal strategy of Microsoft in Argentina and Uruguay, Anderlic also represents Microsoft in external forums throughout the region. In addition, Anderlic is involved in Microsoft’s sustainability and corporate citizenship initiatives and sits in the local compliance committee. Apart from demonstrating second-to-none technical legal knowledge, Anderlic’s time at Microsoft is characterised by his care and efforts to develop the careers of his employees, fostering a friendly and respectful work environment in the legal team. Prior to joining Microsoft in 2013, Anderlic spent nearly two decades at the law firm Estudio O’Farrell.
