Nareva’s considerable operations – including renewable energy generation projects across the country, with wind and solar energy plants in Akhenfir, Haouma and Foum El Oued, Morocco – are supported at all levels by its expert legal team. This department is expertly led by Amandine Decoux, vice president legal director, and includes some of the top minds in legal commercial and corporate management in the energy sector in Morocco. The in-house team is responsible for management of the joint-ventures and other agreements with wind turbine and solar panel producers, other energy companies and distributers as well as the development of new projects and its major partnership with Tarfaya, a subsidiary of ENGIE.
