The in-house legal department is at the core of the company’s investment in and building of great media and related companies for the benefit of the stakeholders and consumers. Akua Adu Boahene joined the company in November 2017 and leads the legal department in the capacity of legal manager. As a key part of the business’ strategic direction, the legal department are central to all acquisitions, partnerships and transactions that form a core part of the company’s exponential growth in Ghana.
