Cadbury’s West African legal head and company secretary since 2012, Fola Akande has strong credentials, having previously worked at Standard Chartered Bank, since its inception in Nigeria.

Akande is well known for her commitment to the charitable sector; a pro bono adviser to the Eye Bank for Restoring Sight, she also assists Vocational Centre for the Blind. She is also a special member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK (M.CIArb).
