Vicki leads the Office of the General Counsel, which includes several teams at Sage, including Legal and Company Secretariat, Security, Procurement, AI and Data Governance, Risk, and Assurance. Extensive corporate legal experience built over 20 years in global and magic circle law firms and in-house at large multinationals and UK-Iisted companies. Contributes in-depth software and technology sector knowledge and experience across a breadth of legal areas, including mergers and acquisitions, litigation, risk, and intellectual property.
