The Vivo Energy Uganda risk management framework is not historical or compliance-audit driven; it is a live and active governance instrument. Our legal risk register is continuously updated, reviewed, and challenged, with risks actively tracked through escalation pathways, mitigation ownership, and board and management visibility. This ensures risk is treated as a dynamic operational reality rather than a retrospective reporting tool. 

We rely on robust contractual risk allocation mechanisms across our fuel supply and trading arrangements. These contracts are deliberately structured with strong force majeure provisions, change-in-law clauses, pricing flexibility mechanisms, and supply disruption protections, ensuring that geopolitical shocks do not translate into uncontrolled commercial exposure.
