The most senior lawyer in the company is Sue Lynn Koo, who has extensive experience in the Asian in-house legal market having served as chief legal officer and on the senior executive management team for each of the Korean subsidiaries of US-based Prudential Financial as well as Korea Exchange Bank prior to joining DBS. Koo currently oversees DBS Group’s legal and board support on a group-wide basis and evincing the important role of legal within the company’s upper management, she is a member of the DBS Group management committee. Koo is a seasoned legal professional with over 20 years’ experience and leads a team who are specialist advisors on banking and financial matters that concern the Group.
