Over the past year, my work has been strongly focused on supporting business growth through complex contract negotiations and close, hands-on support of the sales organisation. Acting as a sole in-house legal function, I am deeply involved in large-scale tenders and competitive procurement procedures, where legal strategy, risk allocation, and commercial objectives must be carefully aligned.

A key success in this context was my legal contribution to winning the vienna airport employee catering tender. This involved comprehensive support throughout the entire bidding process — from structuring and negotiating contractual terms to addressing regulatory, compliance, and liability aspects.

From a legal perspective, this means rapidly identifying the issues that are truly critical to business continuity and resilience and distinguishing them from those that can be managed over time.
