Graduated from the University of Salzburg, holding a master’s title as well as a PhD title. In addition, acquired a post-graduate LL.M. title from the Centre for Commercial Law Studies/University of London.

First professional experience doing judicial clerkship at the court and associate at a public notary office.

Associate at the law firm Freshfields/Vienna office with the main focus on M&A, reorganizations, corporate finance, corporate and commercial law.

Senior associate at the law firm Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner with the main focus on M&A, reorganisations, privatization, corporate finance, corporate and commercial law.

In-house counsel at IBM for complex IT-outsourcing and IT-services-transactions; lead lawyer for IT-Financing, hardware and Business Partners/Channel divisions for the regions CEE, MEA and Austria.

General counsel of the UBIMET-group. Responsible for all legal and compliance matters.

General counsel of the Alpega-group. Responsible for all legal and compliance matters. Core areas: IT law (incl. data law, AI and cybersecurity law), data protection law, SaaS, software licensing, intellectual property law,corporate and commercial law as well as general contract law.
