Career Biography

Paula Antunes joined Standard Chartered Brazil 3 years and 4 months ago, becoming part of the legal team and providing advisory support to business areas across the Americas and LatAm region, in collaboration with other Standard Chartered legal teams. With more than 20 years of experience, she worked for 10 years at Société Générale before joining Standard Chartered Brazil, and also worked at Bracce and Citibank.

She specializes in banking and financial transactions, including capital markets, trade finance, and derivatives. She graduated in Law from Unip, holds a master’s degree in Corporate Law, a specialization in Contracts and Financial Transactions, and participated in the U.S. Business Law Program at Columbia Law School.
