Recently, we have, amongst other things, supported:
Strategic global M&A projects;
The implementation of AI in the business – including AI tools for Legal;

Privacy-related projects.
How do you approach talent development and knowledge sharing within your legal team? Are there any specific practices or programmes in place?
As Part of Danaher Corporation, we have a strong Talent Assessment process where leaders are trained in talent assessment and evaluate all our associates annually enabling us to conduct meaningful development planning for our teams. Also, we have a strong and developed performance and development culture with focus on performance and development objectives and follow up for all legal team associates. All Associates are encouraged to state clear and measurable performance and development goals on a yearly basis and to discuss these with their direct manager on a regular basis. Knowledge sharing is conducted at bi-weekly team meetings and close engagement with all business functions
