Career Biography

Camila Rodríguez is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience advising companies across Central America on complex corporate structures, transactional matters, and day‑to‑day legal operations. She currently serves as Corporate Lawyer at Grupo Arribada N.V., where she supports the organization’s regional corporate governance and strategic initiatives.

Before joining Arribada, Camila practiced at Sfera Legal and Vector Legal, where she coordinated the corporate department and advised on corporate and family structuring, trusts, M&A transactions, contract drafting, real estate matters, and the administration of Costa Rican and Panamanian entities. Her background also includes early experience in credit formalization as a paralegal. Camila brings nearly a decade of hands‑on experience guiding clients through sophisticated corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters with a practical and business‑oriented approach.
