We handle legal aspects very carefully. Internally, we have a strong team fully dedicated to legal and tax issues. In addition, we have external advisers supporting us in our day-to-day activities. As head of the area, my obligation is to ensure correct legal and tax compliance and prepare the company for new opportunities arising from macroeconomic operations and the redefinition of the industry.

ESG is a hot topic for our company. We have strengthened not only our ESG area but also the activities surrounding it. In our particular case, we are committed to reducing carbon emissions by 2030. Together with new machinery, new techniques, and new technology, we are completely confident that we can reach our goal even before the target date.

How do you prioritise diversity and inclusion within your legal department, and what initiatives have you implemented to foster a more inclusive and equitable work environment?

In our company, we have a strong inclusion policy not only within Legal. We provide regular training for all employees to understand alternatives and maximise opportunities. We have quarterly reviews on this topic and must present results to top management from one period to the next.
