How do you approach managing legal aspects during periods of instability or crises, and how does your legal strategy align with the broader business strategy to ensure the organisation’s resilience?

Mexico and other countries within the LATAM markets are define by instability and crisis. My team and I constantly experience resilience in order to approach every legal challenge in order to find tailormade solutions, now with the support of technological and AI tools.

What are the main cases or transactions you have been involved in recently?

The alliance management oriented to manage almost 20 different Stendhal´s business partners and agreements, in order to assure that Stendhal and them complies with the relevant agreement. Such a challenge made Stendhal´s team to redefine priorities and methodologies to manage the obligations of Stendhal´s before all of its business partners.

Law firms experienced in regulatory mattes for pharmaceutical products,and experienced in negotiating complex contracts with pharmaceutical companies based worldwide.

Which legal tech organisations or products are helping you in your role?

We are developing our own in-house tech products, one of them is a chat bot we created with our agreements in place in order that every one in the Stendhal´s organisation be able to make questions about the more significant clauses of a particular agreement, such as term, payment terms, price, etc.
