What are the most significant cases, projects, or transactions that you and your legal team have recently been involved in?

Our Legal Team’s representative from Asia Clean Capital Vietnam has acted as the Co-Vice Chair of Green Growth Sector Committee, under the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam to support the issuance of Decree 57/2025/ND-CP (and now working on revisions of Decree 57/2025/ND-CP) which opens the door for the sale and purchases of renewable energy generators and end-users via private wire or transmission line of Vietnam Electricity. This mechanism could be deemed as a significant step towards allowing the private sector to participate in electricity retail distribution.

How do you approach managing legal aspects during periods of instability or crisis to ensure the organisation’s resilience?

Our approach is always looking at the big picture rather than short-term changes. It navigates our direction following long-term goals with sustainable development.

We are currently living through a time of geopolitical change, and the world order that we have come to take for granted for many years is being rewritten. Does this affect your company’s risk profile and, if so, what are you doing to mitigate this?

The crisis could be turned into an opportunity with meaningful dialogue of all relevant stakeholders. We are always looking win-win risk-sharing mechanism that neither party must bear whole market risks. By joint effort of all stakeholders, we can emerge stronger and more competitive in the long run.

How can general counsel foster a corporate culture that supports ESG principles and compliance across all levels of the organisation?

ESG principles and compliance are core values of our company which are enhanced by regular trainings and updates with real examples.
