Career Biography

Ms. Peangpanor Boonklum (PB) is a Senior Executive Vice President/ General Counsel, Office of General Counsel at the state-owned energy company, PTT Plc. Her role includes advising the chief executives on strategic growth and acquisitions as well as reputation management i.e. as a gatekeeper. She is a member of Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) Nomination & Compensation Committee and a lecturer on Subsidiary Governance Program of IOD. She seats in the company’s Management Committee. She also serves as a director/Risk Management Committee at Thai Oil Plc., a refinery flagship in PTT Group.
