Career Biography

Rebecca Orme has held the managing director of legal role since 2017, covering Southeast Asia and North Pacific. She is also the Asia Pacific Middle East and Africa Sustainability lead since 2023.

Based in Singapore, Orme oversees the management of all legal and regulatory matters, including high profile strategic work involving the opening of new gateways and facilities, working with local governments on changes to regulations and practices to improve the flow of trade and championing sustainability initiatives from fleet electrification and energy efficiency, fuel reduction and upcycling initiatives.

Under Orme’s leadership, her team contributes to a wide range of business and legal matters, including customs clearance, air and road network operations, technology and innovation, new products and services. The teams collective efforts are pivotal in driving growth and transformation.

With over 20 years of experience spanning Australia, New York and Asia, Rebecca has built a solid career in aviation and corporate law as well as sustainability, coaching and mentoring high potentials as well as thought leadership through podcasts and webinars on working motherhood; greening logistics and Sustainable Aviation Fuel.
