Career Biography

I was born in Parma, Italy, in 1972. I’m married and have two children.

I work for Sammontana Italia Group, a leading company in the field of Food Sector, as Group Legal Director.

I started my corporate career at the Barilla Group, where I stayed for over eight years, before joining GranMilano S.p.A. and, thereafter, Barilla Holding S.p.A. as Senior Legal Counsel.

I then went on to work for the Granarolo Group as Legal Manager, a position I held for two years and then for Cedacri Group as General Counsel for ten years.

With over twenty years of experience, I have been involved in M&A, antitrust, corporate affairs service, IPR, unfair trade practices, pre-litigation and litigation handling, national and international contracts, food law, prize competitions, organisational models, personal data protection and risk management activities at group level.
