Career Biography

For over 34 years, I have dedicated my career to NETCOMPANY S.A. SEE & EUI, starting out as a young Attorney-at-law and growing into my current role as Head of Legal — a journey shaped by adaptability, commitment, and a real passion for supporting a business through constant change.

When I first joined, I could never have imagined the changes ahead: a merger in 2001, a spin-off in 2005, a reverse merger in 2012, and most recently, the acquisition of INTRASOFT INTERNATIONAL S.A. by NETCOMPANY GROUP A/S in 2021. At every stage, I was deeply involved, tackling the legal challenges head-on and helping the Company come out stronger each time.

Since becoming Head of Legal in 2007, I have built a team that has grown in both size and expertise. What started as a small group has now doubled to ten legal professionals, each carefully chosen and supported to meet the demands of a rapidly changing industry. Together, we have gone far beyond the traditional legal role, becoming true business partners and advising on everything from major contracts and disputes to key issues like cybersecurity, GDPR, AI, and technology law.

What motivates me is not just solving problems but staying ahead of them, making sure that as our Company grows across Europe, we stay innovative, compliant, and ready for the future. It has been a privilege to support a multinational organization through decades of change, relying on legal expertise, persistence, and a firm belief that the law can drive real progress.
