Key Projects:

I joined Dalberg in February after a blissful few months of professional slacking post-Hexcel exit towards the end of 2024. Dalberg’s been a breath of fresh air. I have been helping them build a proper legal function from scratch across multiple countries. It is complex and chaotic in all the right ways. The team is brilliant, curious, and genuinely wants to get things right – a rare and welcome shift from the polished cynicism that passes for leadership in most corporate settings.

On the side, I launched a gourmet popcorn company, Dink’s Popcorn. It is fun, slightly absurd, and deeply humbling. Turns out there’s nothing like trying to understand compound ingredient labelling at 1am to remind you that we all constantly have spaces where we can learn.

Unique experiences:

This year’s been the first time I’ve felt truly stretched in two completely different ways. One day I’m negotiating a multi-jurisdictional issue, while implementing AI tech, and drafting 13 different iterations of terms and conditions. The next, I’m weighing up whether including ingredients with palm oil will forever stain both my brand and my immortal soul. It’s fractured, but fun.

Cause I am passionate about:

I care deeply about fairness – in structures, in outcomes, and in how we treat one another. I have spent years advocating to ensure that I am using the space I have been granted in the room to pull more people into it that belong but have previously been excluded. Given the events in the past few years, however, I have become much more focused on the rise in antisemitism. The last years have been devastating, not only because of the level of abuse, but because of how much silence has accompanied it. The inability or refusal of much of the professional world to engage meaningfully – or even acknowledge what is happening – has been staggering. I don’t expect consensus, but I do expect people to hold the line on what is and isn’t acceptable behaviour. Too many haven’t. That failure matters.
