Career Biography

Ed Rash joined Burberry Group Plc in 2007 and was promoted from Head of Legal to General Counsel in 2015 and now leads the Corporate Affairs and Corporate Responsibility functions. He leads global teams supporting the business in the execution of the Group’s strategies, and in doing so, supporting responsible and sustainable growth and managing legal risks and protecting the long term value and reputation of the brand.

Prior to Joining Burberry, he was Principal Counsel at Reuters Group Plc advising on commercial and corporate transactions.

Rash qualified as a corporate lawyer at the international law firm Simmons & Simmons.
